6 months and still haven't had any work done. Was told it would be a couple of months. Talked to Cheyne a little over 2 weeks ago and was told the work would start 2 weeks ago. Haven't been able to reach him since. No one answers the office phone nor does Cheyne answer his phone. Had I known the delay would have been this long, I would have hired someone else. Spoke to him at the end of August 2020. It's now spring of 2021 and still nothing but empty promises. Beyond frustrated and would never recommend this company even though I liked Cheyne. Extremely disappointed!!! Don't waste your time like I did. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.
