I had about 2 weeks left to file before I would not qualify for chapter 7. I was talking to 3 different attorneys and chose Mr. Tosti because he was the only lawyer that could answer my questions and it didn't feel like a BK mill. It's been a little over a year since I discharged my BK and I have already purchased a car on Tier 1 credit and have a middle FICO score of over 690! 2 new credit cards (unsecured) with a total line of $4,500. Not only did they make my life easier during a stressful time in my life, but they saved me years of bad credit. I would have much worse credit and debt today had I tried to settle with my credit cards. In addition, one of my pre BK creditors tried to come after me and Mr. Tosti sent them a letter to cease and desist without me having to chase him down. It's rare to find people so quick to help when they have already received payment over a year ago. I cannot speak highly enough the service I received from this firm. Would definitely recommend the Law offices of Joseph M. Tosti to anyone looking to file BK and get a fresh start.

Joe is a very knowledgeable attorney when it comes to all kinds of financial matters but especially when it comes to bankruptcy law. He comes very highly recommended within the legal community as he has been practicing for over 30 years. And he’s a nice guy that makes you feel comfortable and not embarrassed for coming to see a bankruptcy lawyer.

I met with Joe Tosti and he's very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to bankruptcy law. I've decided not to file at this time but if I change my mind at some time I have no doubt in my mind that I'd call Joseph Tosti to handle it!
