Melissa is really easy to talk to. She knows everything about employment law, and really takes the time to listen and help. She provides cogent, actionable  legal advice. When we refer our friends to her, they've been very satisfied. She doesn't charge anything for consultation visits, which is really nice. You can find out if you have a case without having to pay anything upfront. (Pro tip: bring all your work papers with you for the first meeting -- that way, you can get the most from the free session.)There are some particularly tricky rules about overtime pay and disability stuff, so it pays to talk to an expert. She's also got a great bedside manner for harassment victims.Highly recommended!

This woman is amazing! Never have I ever spoken to a more respectful attorney. She took the time to listen to my concerns, she did not interrupt me like other attorneys I've spoken to. She sat down with me and reviewed all of my documents and took the time to really understand the underlying factors of my case, most attorneys will speak to me for 10 minutes and make a determination on a claim that is more complicated than 10 minutes of discussion. She answers my phone calls, she responds to emails, and she really demonstrates sincere care for my situation. She is easy to talk to, and it is clear that she will provide aggressive protection from the opposing side's "bullying." I drove over an hour (50 miles) from Beverly Hills to Irvine to meet with her! It was worth EVERY mile! Melissa is the go to gal!
