I had a very specific job that I wanted done, which I explained to Eric with very specific instructions. He said OK and gave me a price that was much too high for the job, but I was appreciative that he would take on the job. He showed up a couple of days later with a woman. Again, I repeated the instructions of what I wanted done, how I wanted it done, and with what products. As soon as they set to work, I noticed that they were not following directions. I asked about it, and was told, “Yes, but . . .,” and they would get to that – but they never did. Long story short: They did not do the job they were hired to do. They would not follow directions. The house was no cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The woman talked back to me and Eric (super creepy) touched me even after I told him not to.
