Ruby's Diner

I had to walk out. We stood in front of restaurant 20min waiting to be seated. They didnt acknowledge us with a greeting the first 10min. When the guy from "the kitchen" came out to seat us he didnt know where the kids menus were. The actual server came by and she told us she apologized and would be right back. When she came back 10 minutes later we had already gotten up and were walking toward the door. I just told them something came up. They had no idea I was upset with the service. I just won't go back. I hope it was just a one off day and every day isnt like that.

My son and I went there to celebrate his 9th birthday with a quick dinner. The staff and I mean all of the staff had my son thinking he was king. Thank you all
