        Bad customer service, shady business practice. Receipts written in two colors of ink indicating changes after service. Unwilling to negotiate prices after shady service. Incomplete service so they must be called back so they can charge you again. Very bad.

        I have used Byers & Butler for over 30 years. Last time was about 6 years ago and drove by their old address and could not find them 3 months ago. Found the old paperwork today and found the new location. Came out the same day, changed the bottom weather seal which I requested, then serviced the entire garage door system without requesting it. My location is Rossmoor, CA.
