We are a New Zealand based company who worked with Keen Social remotely through a challenging period as Covid hit. They were excellent to work with and surpassed our expectations. They did some tremendous pre-launch research, adjusted plans due to launch delays, and were flexible about what services gave us the best use of a limited budget. They really knew what worked with our target audience and provided excellent in-depth analytical reporting to back this up!!

I would start by saying that I gave Keen an impossible deadline, with very little detail for the Logo I wanted them to create for me. During the interview process, I shared what concepts I was looking for - without any preconceived notions or expectations. The next day, they had already hit it out of the park! This was followed up by constant contact from them informing me of the process, what to expect next - and when the branding guidelines were presented - they exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about the (a) quality - (b) price (c) professionalism that the entire group (that I was involved with) was regarding their making me feel that I was a very important customer, and that they were consistent in their professionalism throughout.
