Long Beach Container Transportation

Marvin I wish I would've read the reviews before I booked your company. Talked to you on Friday and talked to you on Monday. You promised to have my container delivered by 7 AM Tuesday. I called you and obviously woke you up at 8 AM Tuesday (today.).  You sounded drunk when you answered.  We called around and found a company for half the price that will deliver it tomorrow. Don't use this company they are the worst of the worst!

Super funny thing about this review I did years ago..... A district attorney from the state of California just contacted me through YELP and wants me to contact them regarding my dealing with this particular company as well did a private attorney for someone - all within the last week...Do you think it could be for the GREAT SERVICE...???? I bet not hahahaha after all these years I still hope someone screws them over like they screwed me over... bend ova my friends hahahaha

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I found this company through drayage directory. In the beginning was great, they had competitive rates and seemed to be executing the loads assigned. Then we had a situation where they missed 4 rescheduled apts. (same container). Held my container for 20+ days and decided they were going to charge me for it. Marvin was completely rude, no customer service or business oriented. Josety, right off the back she was rude. I'm the customer and she had the nerve to talk to me as If I was doing them a favor. Steven, was always helpful. He has a bright future if he can get out of LGBT. Evel, also a nice guy. No complaints. This company is a JOKE. I'm surprised they are still in business. This company needs to be investigated. They are taking their customers for a ride. IF YOU ARE A SHIPPER OR A FREIGHT FORWARDER, STAY AWAY FROM LBCT. THEY WILL DRIVE UP YOUR COST WITH MISSING APTS. THEY WILL TRY TO HOLD YOU FREIGHT HOSTAGE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT CARE IF YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS INDUSTRY FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED A COMPANY LIKE THIS. THEY ARE A SCAM, A FRAUD AND SHOULD REALLY BE INVESTIGATED.WORST TRUCKING COMPANY IN HISTORY!!!!! THEY DONT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS!!!!

This is one of the worst freight company in the world. All my years in business I have NOT dealt with a company as bad as they are. 1. Delays, if this is something you enjoy. Give them a call. Not once, Not twice, but Three Times. Apologies? Nope, don't expect that from them.2. They don't care about service. Your freight is being delayed? " So what, it's not my problem, mentality. Let me give the customer an excuse to not get their freight in time. "3. Nello P is probably one of their own people writing this review. 5 stars? really? I wouldn't trust that.Good People, Competitive Rates don't mean S**t if you can't deliver as promised to your customers. They are what matters to keep your company alive. They are just lucky there isn't any one at the moment willing to service our area or else we'll drop them in a heart beat. Good luck to those who will use them.
