Elevator breaks almost every week, garage gate breaks sometimes too and then you cant leave for work etc until theyve fixed it. Have had break ins to both mailboxes and cars, and the place is generally quite dirty. There is no outbox for mail. There is no security on the property although we were told when we moved in that there would be. Have noticed quite a few roaches, too. Look somewhere else.

This place is horrible I just moved in and Im learning they will not take care of tenants. My kitchen sink has been clogged for two weeks and after multiple complaints no one has come to fix it. I also learned another tenant has been able to use their bathroom for two months and the tenant under me ceiling is leaking from my bathroom. This place is truly terrible and I will consider suing this building if conditions do not improve

Might want to stay away from this place! Not only does rent go up every year (been here for a while) but the ELEVATOR breaks OFTEN and your stuck for 3 months! SO UNFAIR THEY CAN'T EVEN GET THE RIGHT PARTS TO FIX IT! It's just a shame they show up with the wrong parts. Everytime it breaks your lookin at least 1-2 weeks for them to even look at it! Homeless sleeping in the stairwell (bottom and top) But be late on the rent 1 day, then they want to evict you! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND FIX THAT PLACE! Told that the front office is sitting on their laurels doing nothing by other tenants. They care less in fixing whats wrong with the place, what a shame! As long as they get their (rent) money, then everything is fine to them. Looks like i'm gonna have to go to the city on this one, this is RIDICULOUS! Can't blame the manager as their hands are tied. This is just one of the many complaints filed against this place and i have read they still haven't got the message.
