Midvale Towers

TERRIBLE BUILDING. Ants are everywhere in the units. The hallways definitely stink. The management of building is very nonchalant. Everyone at the building is so ready to file complaints against each other and the only thing management is good at is sending over complaints, rather than dealing with the issues of the building. 10/10 DO NOT STAY HERE.

THE WORST APARTMENT PERIOD. Ants roam the place. Hallways smell. The elevator is old. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Just saying..

One of the worst apartments ever. Expensive rent with ant issue in apartment. Ants live between the wall of the building, and I know that couple of apartments from the second floor and the forth floor have this issue. It could be the whole building have it.

This is one of the best apartments I've lived in since moving to LA 10 years ago! The management was super responsive and helpful - my emails would be replied to almost immediately with help for any issue I was having. They have an on-site maintenance team so anytime something went wrong, it was usually fixed the same day. I'm only leaving because I'm buying a place, otherwise would have stayed a couple more years. Now fingers crossed I get my whole security deposit back!
