Under the Sea Inc.

Ray and his son, Justin, have been maintaining our koi pond for the last 15 years, and the quality and craftsmanship of our pond has stood up wonderfully over the test of time. They have been extremely responsive whenever there was a needed repair, and I have nothing but praise for the experience I have had with them over the years.

Ray is very personal and cares about making the final result like his own house. He is passionate about doing the job right the first time. He was able to correct multiple issues with a newly installed pool and grotto. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and his professionalism!

Excellent! We have had issues with our pool fountain for years. We have spent so much time and money trying to fix. Had numerous fixes that didn’t work. The last company told me there was no fix and to fill in with dirt. Finally, I called Ray, who was recommended through Nextdoor, and he was able to pinpoint the problem with pictures. He and Justin came and fixed in a little over one day! We are thrilled.

I give Under the Sea, Inc., the maximum number of stars and then multiply that by 5. Before we moved into our new home, we contacted Under the Sea, Inc., seeking a full redo of the backyard; hedges,, landing lights, pool system, concrete, tiles, stones, landscape, and "pavers" to name a few items. Ray and Justin were so imaginative and creative even with the comprehensive job we sought. Having over a dozen contractors at the house in these pre-move-in days, it was a pleasure that we did not need to concern ourselves with the artistry of Ray, Justin, and their team; all of this work was completed timely and prudently. The attention to detail was incredibly and the focus on the aesthetics of the yard just blew us away. We are so very proud of the finished product that we show it off, giving Under the Sea the full credit for making the exterior of our home a regal sight. To boot, when we have questions or cannot figure out things like the lights or the remote for the pool, these guys make it point to come out and show us. That is "white glove" treatment for their clients. Thanks Ray, thanks Justin for the excellence you provide.
