They lost two of my items. I gave them 200 labels for 165 clothing items. I didn't receive the remaining 35 labels back. I gave them a suitcase and duffle bag full of clothes to label and only received the suitcase back. Most of the work was done correctly, but for a few of my clothes the work was done very poorly. They somehow managed to get black string in between fabric of a white top.

I have to give them 5 stars. They’re professional, thorough and always answer all my questions breaking it down so that my new boutique owner brain can fully understand their processes. (Which I truly appreciate) Special shout out to Louie and Tiffany for always being accessible. I highly recommend them to any new boutique owner.

I’m currently working with this business for private labeling and this will be my first and last time working with them. I sent payment to them last week and am yet to hear back to know what’s going on with my clothing. I’ve had to call them several times to get an update on whether they received my packages and to follow up on emails they said they would send but didn’t. It’s frustrating when you have to constantly follow up to figure out what’s going on instead of being routinely updated by the business. It’s also definitely not a two day turn around like their YouTube video states.

I've been using CNS for a year or so, so far I love working with them. CNS is filling a void that we, small BIG boutique owners needed for years. Wholesalers will only offer private labeling only if you order 300+ pieces. When I started my first boutique back in 2011 CNS was not around yet therefore private labeling was not that accessible. I decided to relaunch last year after a long 4 years break. I was happy to find them and the many services that they offer. I do not order much because I am still growing my business, but when I call or email I am always greeted with a smile, and always get good customer service and help, specially from Carlos ( who I found out was the co-owner) They never make me feel like my business is not important or too small and that to me is important. CNS inspects every items, returns or refuses them on your behalf, label, tag and fold... ALL of that with no minimum required. Thank you CNS. A loyal customer Sarah from Nicole Kaine
