        Initially I was excited with my service received until I paid for the work performed. They charge me 4% ($50) extra for using a credit card and wasnt told this was an extra fee when I elected to pay by a credit card. I was only informed after it post to my account and I called to inquire. As a small business owner, Im very disappointed. 1) you failed to be professional and explain it prior to purchase 2) I feel like these fees are the cost of doing business. Yet you force the consumer to pay your fees as method to bring you more business. So unfair.

        I called Tony's abd asked for him to rehang my small shower door. Instead of him coming out a few blocks away, he said with Attitude, " $179.00". He didnt want to look at it, its small, framed, and a one man job. TI am looking to replace all windows around my home. Was considering him for a new glass & window shop as my old one closed after i used for 35 years.Hes out of luck as he didn't pass the test for Customer Service.
