I am project manager with a general contracting company. We placed and order for a door last year last week of October for our client. For the proceeding months, I continued to ask for updates on the status of the door. I called and emailed then I would get the run around saying they will check and let me know. In January they got back to me finally to tell me the door was discontinued, and their suppliers do not make it. I requested a refund it is now march and I am getting the run around for a refund. Do not use eto doors

They sell beautiful doors that are of great quality. They just have terrible customer service when it comes to delivering them. From the beginning, the services were good. The sales rep was responsive and answered our questions. When we ordered the doors the estimate came through and paying was easy. After they got our money the service went downhill. I had to follow up to find out when they would ship. When I did receive the shipping notification, it said I would receive them on a Friday between 2 and 5 pm. I'm on the west coast and the shipping company is on the east coast. When the order didn't arrive, I tried calling them, but no one answered. I called ETO and the rep told me this happens a lot. She apologized for the poor experience. The next day, the original rep said it was on me because I was supposed to wait to get a call from them to schedule the delivery. She didn't address why I received a time window prior. Also, I asked both the sales rep and the CSR for samples so I could choose a stain color without ruining the doors. They said they would overnight them and they didn't arrive the next day. I called the next day when they didn't arrive and was told they would ship that day. Nope. They didn't and I didn't receive them. Now they are holding up our construction project by not sending the samples when they promised to. I called and left 3 voicemails and sent an email. They didn't reply to any of those. Once they get your money they don't care about you. I have a lot of future projects that I'm working on. ETO will not be part of those.

They took 1 week to not get my credit card for a final $218 balance on a $2200 prepaid order, sent me a bizarre email saying the attached invoice may or may not need to be paid, then said if I wanted them to put a rush on this theyd charge me an additional $5000!:(
Nobody from their company ever called me back, despite my sending them numerous emails and leaving multiple voicemails & calling them
Just the worst customer service ever + a totally avoidable 1 week delay & absolutely no sense of responsibility or making good for their screwup & inefficiency

Had a great experience with ETO.  We ordered (2) 8' Mahogany doors, pre hung.  Both doors arrived in excellent condition ready for finishing.  EZ to install and they look awesome!  Shout out to Esther in Customer Service for getting this order correctly set up and executed!

The current 3 1/2 stars is still too high for ETO.  I should have read the previous reviews more closely.  I ordered back in late October, and asked the sales rep how long it would take.  "6 weeks maximum, plus shipping time".  Ok, I can wait 6-7 weeks.  After 6 weeks, I called back to check in, and as previous customers cited, some excuse after another.  I called in on week eight, and they confirmed it is almost shipping.  Called back on week nine, and same thing again, some other excuse like some big order bumped mine. wtf?  Good thing I only ordered two doors.  I was going to order all of my interior doors, but ETO just lost my business.
