The best personal injury lawyer!! I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle and left me with injuries by an underinsured driver. But that nightmare scenario was easily mitigated by this firm. Renee Ayala guided me through the entire process. Her communication was excellent. She updated me every step of the way, even when she was waiting on updates (from the insurance companies) herself. I appreciated that communication, as I was never left to wonder what was happening. I felt she had my best interest at heart and she negotiated a higher settlement than I was expecting. This firm feels like working with family. Quick responses, clear and direct communication, timely updates, and just overall warmth and compassion during a difficult process, going through the trauma of an accident. She was even in my corner while I argued with my insurance company about the value of my car—which is not part of a personal injury claim. Mansell & Mansell is a fabulous firm. We were in a car accident while visiting the LA area. My husband suffered a broken back from this accident. The party who hit us wouldn't respond to their own insurance with a statement on their side of the accident & it left us with having to fight their insurance & ours. Without the help of Bob, Renee and Albert we would have been lost as to how to move through this life altering event. It took some time & it was stressful but they were there with us every step of the way fighting on our behalf. They were all on top of everything from start to finish. Getting in an accident was a real scary time. I couldn’t have gotten through it without Bob and Renee. They helped me get the care I needed to recover, navigate the unfamiliar insurance world, and advocated for me every step of the way. Bob even drove me home from a deposition. My car was hit head-on while stopped at a traffic light. My beloved old Ford was totaled. I was devastated and very confused on how to proceed. Renee Ayala at Mansell became a saving grace. She got me a good settlement---one that exceeded my expectations for such an old car---but perhaps more importantly, Renee made feel seen and heard and taken seriously. She called regularly with updates. I never had to call her. I doubt Mansell made much money from my case but Renee always treated me as if I was a million dollar client.
