We are from way out of town and needed to serve the USPS as soon as possible. We found them online and there were even open when others were closed. We are on the east coast time. That was a major relief. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and the USPS got served the very next day. Also it is super easy to get everything done unlike other companies like One Legal were it takes forever to set something up and then they farm it out anyhow and you have not single point of contact. With civil and family law process server it's the exact opposite. So if you need to serve the USPS or anybody else in Los Angeles County area these are the people to use.

Being in the San Francisco area had questions and respect to regulations and expectations for service in LA County when I file divorce papers to serve someone who happened to be in LA County not knowing of us should go through the Sheriff's Department or through a private service. I looked online for both types of process servers it was then that I found civil and family County process servers. I immediately called and made contact with Jose who was unbelievably helpful and empathetic to my situation. He provided me clear and concise information regarding what I can expect from having them conduct the service. After our conversation I felt extremely comfortable and confident with civil and family process servers. As such I overnighted the documents that I needed to be served and 3 days later services were made. Shortly thereafter, Jose provided me with copies of all related documents via email and promptly sent me the hard copies that I was able to submit to the court. Had it not been for the assistance of civil and family process server department my case would of taken forever to servers.

Jose and his partners are amazing I met with him around 11 a.m. this morning and discussed the difficulty of my case that the recipient is homeless and the court won't serve him so I needed third-party assistance. I told him where he likely hangs out and had my first call from Jose a little over an hour later stating they literally missed him by seconds that they would keep searching. Another hour later and he stated and called to say he had him in his sights and was going to go and serve him. 10 minutes later he called to say he was served. He had done the job in 2.5 hours. Best money I ever spent. I would recommend Jose and his company to anyone.

Civil and family process servers have some of the best customer service and follow up skills that I have ever encountered. Jose is polite efficient responsive and very detailed oriented. Civil and family finally were able to located and serve a high profile individual in less than 24 hours after we had already paid to other companies to do the same thing over a month before. Our law firm is located in another state but Jose made us feel that we were right there while the work was being completed. I would contact this company again for any future processing needs. Impressive work ethic Pleasant attitude and cost effective it is a win for anyone who needs the job performed correctly the first time.
