        I'm not sure what is going on with these guys. I've used them many times in the past, and have been very happy with the work for the most part. However, I have now wasted almost 3 weeks trying to get someone to: A: answer the phone during business hours - ( Five of my six calls during office hours have gone to their answering machine) B: getting someone on the phone who can actually schedule an appointment C: getting a call back to confirm a time I'm about to give up. If it were not for the fact that I trust the work that was done in the past - I would not be spending so much time trying to give someone my business.
