I recently was contacted by farmers insurance that I won a raffle basket from Dutch Hollow Pumkin patch. I did sign a card and was directed by the lady to pick one option of interest. I picked life policy being I have been rejected do to health conditions, I didn't think having to pick an option lead to this contact. I was thrilled and excited, however the office was unorganized and when I called they informed me no one called me, then the next day I received a nother phone call saying I won? At this point I felt it was a scam and then I was placed on hold for a duration. Finally, a agent Named Christina came on the phone and smooth thing's over. She said I won a raffle basket and had an option of a ladies, kids basket. We made an appointment for me to come in and pick up the basket. She went on asking about my policy and current carrier (AAA). I told her I was content with my policy and renters insurance and then she went on and asked for a copy of my current policy via email. I never sent the email. I received a text verification for the pick up but also to review a new policy?!#. Christina called the day of the appointment and I told her I wasn't interested in a new policy and she had prior knowledge that I'm currently pregnant and considered high risk. She kept going on pitching het sales talk and it got to the point where I became up set and told her I was leaving a review regarding this contact and that I was VERY DISAPPOINT with her representation of Farmers Insuance. I didn't recieve the raffle basket that I won. It was really poor reorientation of a company, I just hope there not at Dutch Hollow Next year because Ducth Hollow is a treasure to our family..... And I hold this experience no way on Dutch Hollow, it's not there fault Farmers were being ugly at a time of Thanks.
