Called them last week, they said they would come out to look at the tree and give me an estimate, they never showed up and never called me back. Update: called them back to find out if they received the permit to remove the tree, they sent me an email only saying that it was denied. I called city of Modesto to inquire as to why it was denied. And they have no record of them ever putting in a request. Which means American tree lied to me. If I could put zero stars or negative stars I would. Mathew also said to me that if I remove my bad review they would get me my quote when they got the permit. Cause bad reviews make them look bad.

Matthew and his crew did a great job. When I asked to follow up on doing the stump removal, they were quick and responsive and Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will be doing business again with them.
