The Dog Squad Dog Training

Les did an awesome job with our pup! My husband and I adopted our first dog this year and unfortunately we think he had a bad past. He was extremely reactive to people and dogs and was scared of everything. Les was so patient with him. Les gave us so many useful tools to get him trained and feeling more comfortable with his new life. He is much less reactive now and no longer has accidents in the house. We are finally able to comfortably take him on walks without him trying to lunge at dogs/people. Thank you Les!

I had a wonderful experience with Les, who was warm and friendly from our first meeting. Les has a genuine and abundant love and appreciation for dogs, which is clear and obvious. I started dog training to help my 8.5-year-old dog adapt to a new living situation with an older dog in hopes of helping with territorial and aggressive behaviors. Les helped me understand why my dog behaved in such ways and provided valuable and effective ways to work on this dynamic. We also worked on commands that would help my dog feel less anxious on walks and around other dogs in a way where I could learn how to best support my dog's quirks rather than becoming upset and frustrated with them. I highly recommend anyone looking for a trainer to work with Les, as I 100% believe they will be pleasantly surprised and glad they did.

I highly recommend Les for your dog training needs! Les had an abundance of patience and knowledge when it came to training our energetic pup Henry. Walks are much more pleasant as he is getting better and better with healing. Henry was very anxious/protective when people came to the house and with continued, consistent work, I'm confident he'll only continue to do better with the tools Les has provided us. I particularly liked how Les broke down how to communicate to Henry and how I may be sending mixed signals in my vocal commands and body language. I felt like I got a better understanding of how Henry thinks and in turn, how I can be a better leader for him.  I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Les.
