I've been a client for many years. They handle my health and dental and my family members depend on them too. Dawn walked me through my initial Medicare sign up and I will be eternally grateful for her help. No matter what your insurance needs are....HMO, PPO, or Kaiser, for individuals, small businesses, or groups, medical, vision, or dental, they will match you with exactly what you need. After all these years, they respond to my emails immediately. The best news is that they hooked me up with a Medicare supplement that pays for almost everything!

Dawn Fairbanks and Tom Carman and their team are the best darned benefits brokers I have ever worked with. I know insurance as a buyer as I am a retired CFO and have 30 years experience in risk management. From group insurance to Medicare to dental coverage they are the best. They are knowledgeable, responsive and always take the time to listen. Above and beyond is their normal level of service. And yes, they do Medicare and Supplements better than I could have imagined. They have deep experience and really know their field and its incredible complexity and shifting sands. It is not often that a business that deals in such a technical product are able to so effectively communicate options in plain English without talking down to you. Dawn and Tom were incredibly helpful through the process of signing up for group coverage. Tom was patient with my various questions and well-informed about our options. Dawn went the extra mile to help when our ID cards were delayed - even dialing the provider herself, going through the various options and explaining the situation to the representative. Overall: excellent service from friendly and helpful professionals.
