        This office has gone downhill. I used them for over 15 years but dont get calls back and AllStates corporate headquarters are even worse. Last year the DMV suspended my registration because this office didnt send the DMV my insurance paperwork which I had paid on time. I opened an investigation through their corporate line and have yet to hear anything. A total headache.

        I never write Google reviews but my experience was irritating enough to write here. As a new CA resident, I tried to work with Yulonda Evans from this office for the last 4 weeks trying to convert my MA Allstate policy to CA. Today I called AAA and got a new auto policy up and running within 2 hours. Not saying Allstate is bad as I've had a good experience when I was previously a MA resident for the past 7 years. The takeaway is don't use this Allstate office to get your auto insurance, it's a complete waste of your time for something that should be easy to implement.

      Ellen, I'm sorry you feel we haven't been there for you. It's never my intention for my customers to feel this way. I hope we can regain your trust at some point.To be fair regarding the DMV and your registration, this gets sent electronically from Allstate's Home Office not from my agency.

      Danny, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with my agency. I know Yulonda worked diligently to try to get you transferred in from MA. Transfer-ins from MA can be tricky sometimes. The fact that you previously had a Mile-Wise policy in MA (something we don't offer in CA) made things that much more difficult. Although I'm sorry to have lost you as an Allstate customer I'm glad AAA was able to get a policy for you.
