Highly recommend Felipe! My wife and I worked with him to purchase our first home in 2020 during the pandemic, which was a seamless process. He was extremely helpful in drawing out a timeline to put our condo on the market and outlined exactly what he needed from us. He followed through on everything and as always, was on top of his game!
