I came in to return a teddy bear within 30 days of purchasing my product and they stated that they would give me a refund once the manager would come in to work the next day. I dropped off the product with them, and the worker gave me a post it note as "proof" in case my refund didn't get processed.Several weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. This is a two hour drive for me, and I have called the merchant several times and no one picks up the phone at all. Faced with no other choice, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Magically they replied to the credit card dispute and now my dispute is declined since I don't have "email confirmation". How the hell do I get email confirmation for this when I paid via credit card at the store? I will have to drive two hours to their store just to dispute in person. I am extremely disappointed with their service and integrity.

This is not a review!!!! Just to let everyone know that I drove by here last night and this place is no longer in business. I've ordered from here before when they were in business, many times. Was never disappointed. Sad to see a small business go. However, they should of disabled all online ordering before closing the shop.

I rarely write reviews but I am so frustrated. I ordered flowers (on Friday) for a coworker to be delivered yesterday (Monday). It's end of day Tuesday and she's not received them. I've called the phone number which goes straight to voicemail, emailed and even sent a DM on Instagram and still no word. I'll likely have to order from another florist and contact my credit card company to dispute the payment. I live over 40 minutes away or I would have already driven to the shop.

This place is a SCAM.. how horrible that a business can take your money.. and not deliver. Out of my account went hard earned money 100.00 for nothing. Liars.. DO NOT Fall for "Support Local Business" How do you ladies look at yourself in the mirror! They do not answer or return calls. Shame on the Business Owners. no Stars.. i had to give them one or i couldn't submit this post !
