I had to have an older window replaced and glazed. When I called they were quick to respond and provided a reasonable quote. The day of the repair, two employees showed up on time and were friendly, professional and efficient. Delivered exactly as promised and did great work. Definitely recommend.

Don’t trust them with the deposit. Erik kept playing games once I told him I was refinancing my house. He kept telling me there was a delay with the window when he knew i had a deadline to meet but he just wanted to keep my deposit. He told me he cancelled the window and he still kept my $100 that I could have used for my family. People make deposits to get something in return, i got nothing! he said he would have the window in two days then he kept changing it to days, that's bad business. When I asked to at least give me the window, he said he had already cancelled the order which leads me to believe he paid the company nothing and just kept my money, this should tell you enough about what happened with that money.
