I cold called Christina Day Insurance, located in Redding CA, to help me obtain a reasonably priced automobile insurance policy on my son who resides in San Francisco.  I thought if I called someone located somewhere less expensive than San Francisco that I might get a better rate. Not only did I get a significantly better rate,  I also got someone who helped me walk through the choices and the corresponding pros and cons.  At first I was turned off by the stated working hours of Monday through Friday by appointment only. However after leaving a message and working with Christina, this was certainly not an issue as she was very prompt responding to all my inquiries.  She was also available and quick to respond on a long holiday weekend ( July 4th).  She even wrote and executed the policy the Friday afternoon before this long weekend! I would definitely recommend Christina!  In addition to being very professional and prompt,  she is highly personable.

Christina is the best EVER!!!!She has been my broker for 2 years now. She's sooooo helpful and fixes all my lame brain errors. I am truly thankful for all she does!
