This school and it's night instructors need to be re-evaluated and taught the basic fundamentals of teaching and operating a beauty college. I was embarrassed that I took my girlfriend here for a service. I'm a graduate from Phoenix AZ, and my friends sister is a retired instructor out of San Diego and we were both really disgusted.

If your looking to sign up at this school RUN!!!!! go to Federicos it's cheaper and all high end. This school is a hot mess they are not sanitary, bathrooms are always out of order, soap and paper dispensers don't work, all the teachers are currently on "Last Warnings" and close to being let go. The only reason why these "Non Helpful" teachers are still here are because there is no one else to teach these poor students. Students are dropping out left and right, well after their grace period due to stress, and not being taught or getting attitude from teachers! The school Regional Director has mentioned that they are trying their best looking for new teachers to replace the current Unhelpful teachers and have been working hard at posting "Craigslist Posts" to fill the positions...... CRAIGSLIST!!! Students have also been told to post Craigslist ads for clients to come in if they have no one to practice on. Current teachers are now taking time of (PTO) knowing they may be fired, leaving the students with no teacher or directive. What teachers are available just list things to do on a white board to keep students busy ALL DAY!!!! Students are currently seen watching YOUTUBE videos to practice and learn what they are paying thousands of dollars for!!. I'm writing this because this school is a Class Action suit waiting to happen! What are we doing giving this company $21,000.00 a head when you can't even ask teachers for help for direction??? A client was just worked on the other day for over 6 hours because the Teachers there were short staffed and not able to help with student questions. I haven't even gone into the school having no product! If you are looking at this site for reviews on this school RUN!!! Run to Federico's or Paul Mitchell. They keep telling their students that changes are coming but at the students cost!!! THIS SCHOOL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!! RIGHT NOW THEY ARE STEALING STUDENT MONEY!!!
