I Purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse from MGI in 2/2023. I worked with Abraham who I believe owns MGI Motors, I shared with him all the bad luck I had had with vehicles since 2020,  and after spending 2 hrs with him he sold me a vehicle with a bad Transmission and never said a word about it. I reached out to him multiple times to no response. Trash DON"T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

I bought a 2012 Ford explorer on 3/2. On the way home that same day, when I turned on ac/heater, SUV started shaking. I called mgi motors. They told me to bring it back. It was already really late in the day, so I took it back that next morning 3/3. They put in the shop. Got it back that following Monday 3/5. Once again on the home a new problem happened. Check engine light came on. But this time when I tried to take to some about it. No answer. I even when and waited in waiting area for a hour or so, no one came out to talk about it. I had to leave to get my daughter. When I got home I went back and looked through my paperwork. Turns out the odometer statement was not true. Statement says I have 237852 but dash says 238240. I ran a diagnostic on SUV. It states it a o2 sensor. That will cost almost 300 just in part to replace. My cancellation window was over on 3/4. I didn't even have SUV at this point their mechanic did.

Lies! Customer service is last on there list of business practices! Everything that comes out of this business owners mouth is a lie! We were told you"ll have the registration early the following week after con job on the purchase! Now the registration is passed due (bad tags) because they haven't paid the money we gave them towards DMV registration, taxes , fees let alone tittle! Get blown off every time we call! We purchased a truck in November! Look around you'll get a better deal! Read there contracts! It states anything said to the customer that isn't stated in the contract is not validated! Any promises made by sales associate are voided at signing! He told us I have lawyers sue me! It's my word against yours! Telling us we took possession of a truck we never took. Saying we brought it back to get detailed! Lie lie lie I want everyone to know there dishonest! Intentionally dishonest people who work there! I personally any doing everything I can to discourage anyone from buying or supporting this company! Don't be sucked in to there cons! They don't care about anything except for making a dollar! Even proud to be a con artist! Proud to take advantage of honest hard working people! They've had the money and don't pay the DMV for the anything! Haven't processed anything and now the tags are bad! They don't have intentions on honoring anything they say! Check lawsuits against them! Read reviews deeper and on different websites/forums! Before you get burned by this owner. Take just a minute and dig deeper! I think you'll change your mind. They cover up the latest reviews with fake reviews! I'm trying to get this out to all the media forums! Save someone the trouble they caused so many of us! No registration! No title! No fees paid to the DMV ! There doing something with these titles and I'll figure it out and update and expose them! Protect yourself buy anywhere else but this company!!

Please people do not buy cars from these people they do not inspect There vehicles and you end up with huge bills Transmission failure 2011 Honda Pilot Just bought it 3 weeks ago. All the good reviews Are from people that work there these people are a huge scam artist I would also advise people to report them to DMV. Another fake review. Class Action Lawsuit is next.
