BEWARE of this Allstate Insurance agent, Winnie Bales. She does NOT have your best interest in mind. She tries to upsale you on over priced Insurance that you don't need. And when you attempt to cancel a policy she will delay and delay and won't stop the automatic payments for months after you emailed and called to stop the policy. When you want to cancel a policy this agent and staff never respond back or answer the phone. I attempted to go to the office and found out they shut down without any notification and noticed they have now opened in land park in Sacramento. So many of my neighbors were complaining of how they were finding over charges on their Insurance bill and was trying to contact this office to cancel but no one picked up. I had to contact Allstate cooperate office and my bank to have them stop charges. Unprofessional and unethical. STAY AWAY from this Scam Artist!
