My wife and I were involved in a car accident over a year ago, which we were not at fault for. I didn't have the time or energy to go back and forth with the insurance company, so I decided to hire a lawyer to assist us with settlement. After meeting with several lawyers we decided to go with Joseph because of his consistent 5-star reviews. During the settlement process Joseph kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and always had time to answer any and all questions we had. Aside from his high-level of customer service, Joseph is very knowledgeable and explores all avenues in assuring he is representing his clients to the best of his ability. Going into the settlement Joseph and I were unsure how things would turn out but Joseph was able to emphasize all aspects of our lives that the accident impacted. As a result, the insurance company settled at an amount that exceeded our expectations. We were extremely happy with the amount and outcome. Joseph also worked with my insurance company to reduce the amount I had to pay back for my medpay. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the settlement and Joseph's handling of our case. I'm sure he's extremely busy handling multiple cases, but he always made us feel like we were a top priority. I highly recommend Joseph if you need a lawyer to assist you with handling a personal injury settlement. Hopefully, I'm not in this situation again but if I am I won't hesitate to contact Joseph.

A LAWYER WHO ACTUALLY CARES
I was reluctant at first to hire a lawyer but Joseph made me feel so comfortable from the start. After I hired him, I felt a huge relief because I knew I had an extremely smart, experienced litigator on my side, fighting fiercely for me.
