TEC Property Management

This company will not answer your phone calls as the line is always busy they will not respond to emails also will not fix anything in your rental for over a year after requesting it to be fixed. I have been a tenant for with two property management companies while living in the house that I rent. I have fixed any thing that has failed before. Since they Tec Realty Services have taken over ownership they started making me pay my water, sewage and garbage, then after they did their first semi annual inspection after 4 years of never having one they again have failed to fix anything on the extensive list of failing to leaky poor pressured faucets do to them never servicing my old hot water heater once a year like they are supposed to be by a licensed technician. So the little water that I do get out of them is rusty and full of sediment that I dont believe it is drinkable. After the inspection I get a notification that I will have a rent increase of $200 more and still have not responded to me about fixing anything. Most horrible company I have ever dealt with, makes going to the DMV a pleasant experience compared to dealing with this company.

Ok experience but have been rubbed the wrong way enough times to say I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Pros: Great Property Prices, Great Maintenance Staff Cons: They can be unresponsive, Never pick up the phone, Seems shady considering they disappear from the internet from time to time (Website issues, etc) Establishment could be better. Certainly will require staff training, better business etiquette, and potential "house cleaning". No pun intended.
