        I called B & L RV on Friday.I spoke to Larry on the phone, and we ordered our air-conditioner, and they had it in by Monday! We took our RV there Wednesday, and he finished the job just as promised with only an hour labor charge. Plus, he was willing to take a look at a couple of other issues we are having with our Thor Siesta and advised us on how to fix them ourselves for the cheapest amount. He even adjusted our crooked window without charge. The other staff were also friendly. But, the customer service Larry offered us is the reason we will return for any future needs. Thanks again!
