Rubio's Coastal Grill

Ordered a salad for pick up. There was hardly anyone inside, it was not busy at all. I get my food, come home, and go to dive in and my salad has no dressing. So I call to tell them they forgot my dressing and was told I needed to wait for the manager. I waited on the phone for 5 minutes until they hung up. It is now 5 min before closing and its not worth it to drive all the way back for the dressing. So instead here is a 1star review due to the poor customer service on top of the failure to complete my order. (How do you forget the dressing? Its like the second most important ingredient for a salad!?)

15 - 20 min wait with only 1 order ahead. Phone orders take priority and walk ups are left to wait in lines we can’t see. The food is always good but we should be warned about wait before ordering.

Very good service, the California burritos are awesome. The carrots in the spicy sauce, wow what a kick.
