        The techs were great. However, there customer service when the called were horrible. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes and transferred back in forth. At the 30 min mark I was ready to cancel my services with them and still transferred me back when I was told I was being transferred to the department where I can cancel. It’s ridiculous. I had my payments set up automatically and they still wanted to state they did not receive it when I had proved it came out of my account. Don’t do business here.

        I had a long wait and several calls texts and weeks before I got a visit to repair my dead alarm panel...not good. But once my repair tech did arrive, he was curt eous, on time and very knowledgeable. Marvin was great!
