I just want to say that Gabriel Maya has exceptional customer service skills! He is highly knowledgeable and very trustworthy on his quotes and services. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Give this young man a big raise, because he truly deserves it. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me and my vehicle, Gabe. Leaving California to move to Washington State is quite bittersweet for me now. But if I ever do move back to San Diego, I will make sure to have my car repaired at Collision Doc if ever the need arises. Again many, MANY thanks! :)

I got a couple of things repaired on my 2011 BMW 3 series vehicle. Collision Doc did a great job on these two issues. They were even kind enough to let me leave my car at their shop while I was out of town for two weeks. Gabriel has excellent communication and customer service skills. He is also very honest, which is a big plus! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle fixed. There is even a lifetime warranty on any repair as well. Thank you so much, Gabe, and Collision Doc! :)

I found CollisonDoc on Yelp. They had a very high rating. Three previous shops (two recommended by the insurance company), said they couldn't repair my car because parts weren't available. Gabriel at CollisonDoc worked hard to find the parts and get my car repaired. I love my car, and I really didn't want it to have to be totaled. Now I have it back, and it's as great to own and drive as the day I bought it.

I had the misfortune of living in my own final destination movie and hitting a ladder that flew off someone's truck on the highway. My bumper was holding on to dear life with a few zip ties. I dropped my car off to Gabriel (who is amazing so patient and helpful) and he had it fixed within two weeks. My car looks amazing and the paint job is perfect. Got a nice little detail to take this sexy baby home.

After getting in an accident I was dreading taking my car to get repaired because whenever I get it serviced, there's no communication, hidden fees, etc. I found Collision Doc on Yelp and thank goodness because they were able to take my car in the day that I called and pretty much walked me through the entire process with my insurance step by step. More specifically, Gabriel is amazing! He has the best attention to detail, excellent customer service, and was committed to finding the best replacements for my car. When I got it back, it looked way better than before my accident!! This entire experience went as smoothly as possible thanks to his constant updates and transparency. If I ever am unfortunate enough to get in another crash - at least I know of a good place to go (:
