Even with the a reservation they didnt have a car for us. Their suggestion was to Uber and then come back in the morning and hope a car was in- very poor experience at this location.

Horrible service. Guy tells me all he has is a Shelby mustang. As I listen to his coworker list off cars they have. I argued with the guy asking why they're able to get other cars. He says he can only see what he sees. I confront the other guy, he says that he may not be able to see what he sees.. I'm sitting inside waiting on an uber, and now u hear the original guy now offering a couple more options. As they walk out happy, he sees me shaking my head and says he can offer me other choices... Last time I ever use hertz
