The only reason the Insurance Broker industry will not be made obsolete in the near future by BlockChain and data-driven AI is that there is someone personable, without waiting on a 1-800 line, that you can call who could take care of any inquiries and issues you may have. That someone at BFI is Yesica Bravo. Insurance sales generally is a transactional business which means there is little to no incentive for on-going service, yet Yesica is someone who will go above and beyond in terms of helping her clients which is a rare gem.

They call you back immediately & Heather does all the work to get you the best rates & explains all the coverages, she's very knowledgeable in this field. You don't have to do anything except chose who you'd like for Insurance. BFI is the best brokerage firm, their friendly and professional!
