Brian McMullen: Allstate Insurance

I have been with Allstate for many many years almost 10 I recommend them get an agent who you feel comfortable with if you have to call and leave a voice mail or send an email in the middle of night you know you are in Good hands hats off to Brian McMullen and the crew at allstate they have rode it out with me with so many situations!!! I am still a customer and will always be!! Only had one issue and Brian fixed it THANK YOU ALLSTATE for taking care of me and all my family

I would highly recommend this Allstate Agency because every time I have had to file a claim, you have helped me figure out what/how to do that. As a first time homeowner who doesn't fully understand how insurances work between my home and the HOA, I was really glad that Brian and his team were there to help me understand. I feel like this group really does care about their clients because of all the help they have provided us and will continue to provide us.

Not only am i a client of Brians office with Allstate, but we work with Allstate frequently in my business. The claims process is very easy and they are very fair with contractors. This means, you really are in good hands with Allstate. Brians office is very responsive and communicative. They assist me in multiple ways and are very accommodating. Great team!!

I've always disliked working with insurance companies and have tried several different ones. I've been with this Allstate office for several years and am extremely satisfied with their level of customer service. Samantha and Brian are so quick to answer messages and emails with a polite and positive attitude. This office is the reason I have stuck with Allstate for so long, they are truly a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great customer service!
