Tom Latsko - State Farm Insurance Agent

My neighbor Jack T., an 80+ year old retired military officer, was involved in an accident in a San Diego CostCo parking lot. Jack was at fault for hitting another vehicle as he was backing out of his parking space. Being insured by USAA, Jack's insurer paid for damage to both cars. Shortly after, he was notified by USAA that his auto insurance policy was being cancelled.Upon this discovery I emailed Tom Latsko at State Farm Insurance over the weekend, thinking that I would not get a response until the following week. In less than 24 hours Tom responded to my inquiry about my neighbor Jack's auto insurance predicament. Tom noted that, [if] "Jack's accident only involved damage to the two cars, there was no bodily injury, and he has no other at fault accidents or tickets in the past three years, he would be eligible for coverage with State Farm." Jack's parking lot fender-bender involving nothing more than the two cars should not have been cause for USAA to drop his policy. Fortunately for Jack he has the option to seek out Tom Latsko's State Farm Insurance company to cover his auto insurance needs. Tom also reminded me that his office opened on Monday at 9 am.

Tom has been a fantastic agent. Every accident we've been in, we've gotten or deductable reimbursed, and the office staff (Tricia) is absolutely amazing. They really are here to help and the process are very competitive.
