I was injured at work in early 2011. After my first lawyer and doctor went to jail I signed on with John Kiwan. As the years went by Christian Chambers came on the scene. They were able to get me a 520K settlement. They did'nt bail out on me. I recommend them to anyone that has a difficult case.

I would 100% recommend John G. Kiwan's law office to anyone and everyone experiencing a work injury. I work for a big company. For over a year I represented myself during the beginning stages of my work injury and had no idea what I was doing. A lot of information was withheld from me from the start, and I didn't feel like the doctors treating had my best interest at heart. I was indeed, just a body and a number they wanted to push through ever so quickly back to work, regardless of the condition I was in. With the tone of the doctors treating me, it was as if my job was at stake because of my injury and I believed them for almost a full year. I was pressured to return to work multiple times within that year I represented myself and the decisions I agreed on later reflected the intentions of their agenda. I wasn't getting better, I was getting worse. After I've exhausted all of my treatment options (or at least the options they were giving me), I seeked out professional legal advice. Among the many law offices I contacted and met up with, Christian Chambers from The Law Offices of John G. Kiwan sparked my interests. Compared to the other offices I spoke to and have met, Christian had a trusting demeanor - like he cared about my situation, understood it fully, wants to understand more, and wants to help me through my process. Other law offices gave me great legal advice, but their intentions did not necessarily fit mine. They were more like sharks, ready to take on the company I worked for, rather than see me as a person wanting to get better and have a fair chance at this. That's what I got from Christian upon meeting him, and that's why I chose to work with him. He saw me for me and understood my intentions for seeking legal representation. I would first like to say how professional all the Attorney's and Assistants are. One day after I sent an inquiry I received a call from Christian whom later became my Attorney for my Workers comp case. Workers comp can definitely be a pain in the butt but Christian definitely went above and beyond to get the most he could out of my case. He handled everything for me from Doctors Visits, Orthopedic surgeon, chiropractor visits, physical therapy visits and psychologist visits. Christian was very good at keeping a weekly update for me which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this law office and Christian specifically he was very understanding with everything going on for my case and what I expected to get out of it.

I was recommended to this law firm from a friend that had excellent results with them. We met in person right before Covid closed everything. My wife had a workers compensation case which end result had been unsatisfactory. Our main contact was Christian, for the most part. They handled the case very professionally and most of all, they were very smart. Needless to say, our final compensation was extremely well, not expected really.
