Because of Covid situation, unfortunately I could not get notary done with Dipti. But she was very responsive and helpful with my questions, very accommodating. I would def reach out in future if need any notarization!!

Dipti provided great customer service! I originally had an appointment setup at 12pm with her Friday but had to cancel last minute because of a family obligation. She even offered to wait till 1pm if I could arrive before then but I told her I didn't want to rush and rescheduled for Monday. On the appointment she was very welcoming and professional. She explained the process clearly which was great since it was my first time getting this service. Overall I'm a happy customer. THANK YOU DIPTI

Needed fingerprinted for my teaching credentials. My call was answered immediately. She was able to get me an appointment quickly and answered all my questions. Very professional and kept thorough paper trails so that the prints wouldn't get lost. Stumbled upon a gem!

Overall very friendly and great customer service! Was looking for a local live scan thru yelp and found this immediately. Dipti was very helpful and helped guide me to the correct forms and instructions for the live scan!
