Fara did an excellent job! She was very professional and went beyond normal expectations by doing a live video tour at the property as I was not in town. Her and Liz responded quickly to my questions and I believe them to be very fair and honest. The process was rather easy and went smoothly. I would strongly recommend!

The new tenants were constantly making lots of noise after 10PM. Keyrenter took care of the problem, found them a new place and found a new tenant for me. We didn't even lose a month's rent in the process!

Keyrenter is managing my property in San Diego County. Fara and Reza are the best! They go above and beyond what is expected from property management company. I highly recommend them. They are very kind, hard working, professional, reliable, diligent, responsive, caring, supportive and helpful. Most importantly though, they have wonderful people skills such as being active listeners, ability to mediate disputes and being great negotiators. I witnessed them taking care of a tough situation with such high professionalism, patience, care and perseverance. I was very impressed. Thank you very much for taking good care of my property!
