This business has been more than just another property management company to me. The service has been very personable and they really do care about me and my property. They take great care of both the client and the home and I can't imagine having a rental without them.

Seabreeze has done an excellent job for me over the past several years. They’ve found qualified tenants and made the process smooth. I appreciate the personal touch. They make me feel as if they care and I know they do. They respond to issues that arise quickly and follow through until a resolution is found. During the Covid-19 pandemic the Seabreeze team has been there every step of the way. From notifying me of city, county and state mandates too proactively keeping me informed of issues related. They have not missed a beat at all. I recommend them highly.
