After they did all the foot work, and winning my case I went to Scripps and they found I had stage 4 cancer, a heart condition, severe anemia and a many other health problems, all which La Maestra in El Cajon ignored. He is a truly great attorney! My best friend advised me to hire Deleliss because he works wonders. He fought for me, and as well to make sure that I would win my case he had a list of things to do to win. With Deleliss, Dr. Heidenfelder, and most importantly Dr. Noel, my guardian angel & psychologist I won without having to go in front of the judge. Mr. DeLelllis is a good attorney. I was referred by a friend in 2011 or maybe 2012. I've had 2 hearings, and then my case went to the appeals council in Virginia. Well today I was denied again. I actually filed in 2009. I really liked Victor, my case manager. I would still recommend this firm.

I have to say I was initially impressed after having a very nice first meeting with Mr. Delellis, but then I was handed over to a case manager, who was very condescending. Then Mr. Delellis went out of town and I received some documents that needed attention. I faxed them to his office and was told he would get back to me after the holiday weekend. He did not. Once again, I had to deal with a condescending case worker who "promised" me he would get back to me. I am facing some very serious situations involving work and housing and need help. I am starting to feel like I made a mistake. I hope I am wrong.
