I took my 04 scion xb. The Receptionist was very helpful knowledgeable. She explained the process to me. They took my information down. Took pictures of my vehicle and vin so that they can order the Correct parts.  When my car was done it Look new again I was so happy what the work they did. I highly recommend this shop

Very rude receptionist. We wanted to ask for an estimated quotation first by sending our vehicle's photos before divulging any information like the VIN, but she won't accept it as she wants to get the VIN first. We don't want to just give out information without knowing if it's trustworthy and if we're sure of the shop. We value information privacy!

I used this place for collision repair. They're super friendly, accommodating, and their communication is great. I'm someone who's never gone through the whole process of working with collision paperwork, claims, etc. And they helped inform me of certain steps and how certain things would or should work. My rear bumper needed to be replaced, and in addition to doing all that, they washed and vacuumed my car pretty thoroughly. Definitely recommend them!
