A great local shop which I have used for my Mercedes vehicles for about 10 years. Always do what they say and make sure no work is performed without a call and clear options to suit my needs. No frills or thrills just good mechanics. I now live in Socal. Ventura county. I will work my visits to see friends and family in San Jose with my vehicle maintenance. I don't want know one else touching my car.

The shop has the right name--Personalized. Like myself, I'm sure most of the customers are auto aficionados. If so, you've come to the right place. The team treats your car as you want it to be treated--something special, that those who work on it will come to know, just as you do. PAC works on my 98 Volvo, but I've also owned, BMW's, Mini's, MG's and Renault R5's (LeCar). The team takes an interest in what makes Volvo special to long time owners, just as they do for the Mercedes, Porsche's and BMW's that form the bulk of their business. I prefer small shops that can range from 1 day turnaround, or to leave for long term special work. Personalized Auto Care is such a place.
