        They reuse old nail tools, which is not sterile and I think one of my nails is now infected. In addition to that, the lady didn't listen at all and she cut my nails - I've been growing out for months - way too short. I was about to cry, really. It was heartbreaking how careless she was and she didn't apologize at all or give me a discount. And!! She said she could do my nails like the photo, but then the head lady said no they can't. So I was stuck with basic nails for an overpriced cost. It was very misleading. The whole experience was disappointing. Extremely so. $44USD for boring, infected, uneven acrylics. Before today, my nails were all evenly grown out and strong!! Now, they're fake and sad.
