I have been going there for a year, I never faced this issue.
I just got a hair cut by a new lady, she was not able to communicate properly, I told her to not touch my hair in the front, which I'm trying to grow for ages. She did cut hair in that area.
And I told her not to touch side locks but I came out from the shop like this. Instead of trying to fix she is arguing that I told her to do like this

I like this place they have a nice bathroom and they do my nails! I ask them not to cut my cuticles and they listen to me and they accept venmo. I love them :)
