Kyler the project manager is terribly unprofessional, dropping by my apartment with no warning as well as causing a car accident outside of my apartment building, crashing into a family with 2 children while trying to pass over the yellow line on the road. Another member has also been seen urinating on our property.

Spindola Construction was recommended by our HOA at the apartment complex where we had a pretty bad water leak inside the shower wall. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and on time during all the process of repairing the leak and redoing our bathroom. We really appreciated Greg's expertise in explaining what needed to be done, and how to do it right. Keanu worked with our insurance company to take some stress away from us. Unlike most general contractors we worked with in the past who just charged high prices and just did the minimum to get the job done, Spindola Construction went way beyond. First they really went the extra mile to protect not only the common areas in our apartment complex, but they also sealed with some special plastic protections and a zipper system all the room in our appartement. Then they rented some special HEPA equipment for 4 days to remove all humidity buildup, then sprayed a special anti-fungal paint to prevent mold from growing, added some extra waterproofing while rebuilding and helped us pick better faucet, toilets and better materials in general. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work top-notch. They also did an amazing job with tiling. From now on we will only use Spindola Construction for any building or remodel projects, they are a true gem in the Bay Area!
