I called about a 400 amp Siemens P1 mounting kit. Their website stated 59 kits on hand, when I got to ordering, turns out there were only 6 available. I placed order and received email confirmation. The day it was supposed to ship, I get a call from Nick stating the kit is not available and he would refund me. If I wanted the kit they would source for another supplier for double the cost!!! Just ridiculous and unprofessional.

Relectric will no longer be my first choice for breakers.I was in need of of a large breaker so I called and spoke to a sales person. I told him that my need was immediate and was promised a quote right away. After a day and a half of waiting and another call to Relectric, I ended up purchasing the breaker from another source.

Had a customer with a bad Fpe main breaker so I needed one ASAP and of course it was at night. So I called Relectric the next morning and Sharon said they had one and it would ship that day (friday) and I should get it on Monday since they are only about 60 miles away from me. I received an email confirmation of the shipment on Friday, but no tracking info so I called Sharon on Monday to ask for the tracking info and she said she would email it to me. By close of business Monday I had not received the breaker, or any tracking info from Sharon. Tuesday morning I call Sharon again and she now informs me that the breaker will ship "today" as they had 7 of them, but they all tested faulty, and I will receive it tomorrow! I asked her if she was going to overnight the package and she said "no just regular ground shipment", so I informed her that unless she overnighted it that I certainly would not receive it the next day. Then she said "let me see what I can do and I will call you back". As of 6pm today no call back so I think it's safe to assume she's not going to call.  There was numerous places I could have got the breaker from, and I chose Relectric because they said they had it and could get it to me quickly. Obviously this was a lie and now I have an unhappy customer and a headache from dealing with liars. I have never written a Yelp review before, but considering this is the second time this has happened with Relectric I felt it was time.
